Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of the Yard Sign Boss website. By accessing yardsignboss.com, placing an order, submitting artwork, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

About Yard Sign Boss

Yard Sign Boss is a custom yard sign printing company based in Baxley, Georgia. We produce personalized printed products using customer-supplied artwork and ship orders throughout the United States.

Custom Products

Most Yard Sign Boss products are manufactured specifically for the customer using artwork, quantities, specifications, and options selected or submitted during the ordering process.

Because custom products cannot ordinarily be resold, custom printed orders are generally final sale once production begins, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for submitting complete, accurate, and print-ready artwork unless a specific product or service expressly includes design assistance.

Before submitting an order, customers are responsible for checking all artwork, including:

spelling and grammar
names and titles
phone numbers
web addresses and email addresses
dates and times
QR codes
colors and layout
orientation and dimensions
logos, photographs, graphics, and other design elements

Unless otherwise stated, Yard Sign Boss does not provide proofreading, fact-checking, graphic design, or verification of customer-supplied information.

Artwork errors that originate in files supplied or approved by the customer are not considered production defects.

Artwork Rights and Authorization

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, text, or other content to Yard Sign Boss, you represent that you own the content or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to reproduce it.

You authorize Yard Sign Boss to reproduce, process, resize, convert, and otherwise use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to manufacture, fulfill, and service your order.

Yard Sign Boss may refuse to produce content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable regulations, or creates unacceptable legal or operational risk.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting payment or receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has entered production.

Yard Sign Boss reserves the right to review, decline, cancel, or refund an order before production when necessary due to artwork problems, pricing errors, product availability, technical issues, suspected fraud, prohibited content, or other operational concerns.

Pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Product prices, promotions, shipping charges, rush fees, quantities, and availability may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price shown at checkout when the order is successfully submitted, except in the event of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Payment

Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless Yard Sign Boss has expressly agreed to other payment terms in writing.

Orders may be held from production or shipment when payment is incomplete, reversed, declined, disputed, or otherwise unavailable.

Production Times

Standard production is approximately 48 hours for qualifying, print-ready orders.

Production estimates begin only after Yard Sign Boss has received the information, artwork, payment, and other materials required to produce the order.

Rush or same-day production may be available for certain orders but depends on order timing, quantity, artwork readiness, equipment availability, and current production capacity.

Production estimates are not the same as shipping or delivery estimates.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are produced in Baxley, Georgia and shipped to customers throughout the United States.

Carrier transit begins after production is complete and the finished shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees unless the selected carrier service expressly provides a guaranteed commitment.

Yard Sign Boss is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, refused delivery, address corrections, rerouting, or reshipment may be charged to the customer.

Color and Print Variations

Colors displayed on phones, monitors, tablets, and other screens may differ from printed colors because screens and printing systems reproduce color differently.

Reasonable variations in color, trimming, placement, material, and production are not considered defects when they fall within normal commercial printing tolerances.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate and lawful for its intended placement and use.

Local laws, homeowners associations, municipalities, property owners, election authorities, and other organizations may regulate where, when, and how yard signs can be displayed.

Yard Sign Boss does not guarantee that a customer's intended sign placement or message complies with local rules or laws.

Outdoor Use

Corrugated plastic yard signs are intended primarily for temporary outdoor advertising and display.

Actual service life depends on weather, installation, wind exposure, sunlight, handling, and other environmental conditions.

Customers should secure signs properly and remove them during severe weather or unusually high winds when appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once an order has entered printing, finishing, or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible because the product has been custom manufactured.

Rush charges and services already performed are non-refundable.

Returns, Reprints and Refunds

Because our products are custom printed, returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

If Yard Sign Boss makes a verified production error, sends an incorrect product, or produces an item with a verified manufacturing defect, we may provide an appropriate reprint, replacement, partial refund, or refund after reviewing the claim.

Claims

Customers should inspect orders promptly after delivery.

Production-error, defect, incorrect-item, or shipping-damage claims should be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery and should include the order number, description of the issue, and clear supporting photographs.

Customers should retain affected products and packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Yard Sign Boss before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve legitimate order concerns.

When a payment dispute is filed, Yard Sign Boss may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant order information, including product specifications, submitted artwork, order communications, production records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, policies, and other documentation reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, product restrictions, quantity requirements, one-time-use limitations, or other conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, photographs, availability, shipping information, and other website content accurate. However, typographical, technical, pricing, or display errors may occasionally occur.

Yard Sign Boss reserves the right to correct errors and update website information when necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yard Sign Boss will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from an order, delayed delivery, product use, missed event, missed campaign opportunity, or other circumstances beyond the value of the affected order.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to indemnify and hold Yard Sign Boss harmless from third-party claims arising from customer-supplied artwork, trademarks, copyrighted materials, statements, instructions, or unlawful use of the finished products.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Yard Sign Boss may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time an order is placed will generally govern that transaction.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
